How Blend Development Works
A custom blend starts from whichever reference you have: a competitor product, a flavour description, an ingredient list, or simply a positioning idea. We translate that into an ingredient architecture — a lead character, supporting notes and a body ingredient — then draft ratios and produce a first sample in your intended format.
Feedback is most useful when it is specific: too tart, not enough floral aroma, infusion colour too pale, pieces too fine for the pouch window. Each round narrows the profile until the blend is approved, at which point the ratio, cut sizes, fill weight and mixing sequence are fixed in a specification that repeat orders are produced against.

Can you reverse-engineer a blend we already sell?
We can develop a comparable blend from a physical sample or ingredient declaration. Exact duplication is not always possible because ingredient origin and grade differ.
Can one blend be produced in several formats?
Yes, though cut size often needs adjusting between loose, pyramid and traditional bag formats to keep flavour and appearance consistent.
Is the blend specification documented?
Yes. An approved blend is recorded with ingredient ratios, cut sizes, fill weight and packing configuration so repeat production is reproducible.
