Peppermint sells on aroma impact, and aroma impact depends on leaf cut and packaging barrier. A coarser leaf holds its essential oil character longer and looks better in a pyramid bag; a finer cut delivers a stronger immediate infusion in a paper bag. Foil enveloping is the single most effective way to protect mint aroma through distribution, and we usually recommend it for mint-led products.
