Tea ODM suits brands entering tea for the first time, or established brands opening a new category where they have no formula to hand over. You bring the market knowledge — audience, price position, channel, packaging ambition — and our team designs a product to fit it, then manufactures it.
The development route follows six stages: product concept, ingredient selection, tea blend development, sample production, packaging and mass production, then quality inspection and delivery. Because development and production sit in the same place, a sample that is approved is a sample that can be produced — the specification is written from the actual production process rather than a kitchen trial.
