Custom Tea Packaging

Packaging developed alongside the blend, so filling format, outer presentation and shelf appearance work as one product decision.

Packaging as Part of Product Development

Tea packaging carries three jobs at once: protect aroma, communicate positioning, and travel efficiently. A blend with delicate floral top notes loses its character in a permeable paper envelope; a bulky pyramid carton doubles freight volume against an equivalent flat pack. We work through material, format and configuration together so those trade-offs are visible before artwork is committed.

Artwork is applied to production dielines we supply, and label content for the destination market — declarations, net weight, importer details, barcodes — is provided by your team. We build the layout around it and produce a pre-production sample for approval before mass production.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions: Tea OEM

Can you produce packaging to our artwork?

Yes. Supply print-ready artwork against our dielines and we coordinate packaging production as part of the project.

Yes. Bulk packing is available for customers who repack locally or supply foodservice.
